Henry's double-double leads Mason County to a 64-54 win over Bracken County for the district title

Terrell Henry scored 22 points and grabbed 21 rebounds to lead the Mason County Royals to a 64-54 win over the Bracken County Polars in the championship game of the 39th District Tournament tonight at The Fieldhouse.

It's the Royals sixth straight district title and their 31st consecutive victory over the Polar Bears.

Henry scored 13 of his 22 points in the second quarter as the Royals outscored the Polar Bears 19-11.

Nate Mitchell scored 14 points and KG Walton added 13 points. 

Bracken County (22-9) was led in scoring by Blake Reed with 23 points. Cayden Reed tossed in 13 points.

Mason County (23-5) has won five straight games and eight of its last nine.

The 10th Region Tournament begins Wednesday night at Holmes High School in Covington.
