Henry and Mitchell combine for 50 points in Mason County's win over Perry County Central

Terrell Henry and Nate Mitchell combined for 50 points to lead the Mason County Royals to a 72-61 victory over the Perry County Central Commodores in the quarterfinal round of the US Bank Mason County Invitational Tournament tonight at The Fieldhouse.

Henry had a double-double with 29 points and 10 rebounds. Mitchell followed with 21 points.

The Royals jumped out to a 19-5 lead. The Commodores rallied to within three at 35-32 in the third quarter, but Mason County pushed the lead to 18 points at 63-45 in the fourth quarter. The loss snapped Perry County Central's 11-game winning streak.

Mason County will play the Collins Titans in the upper bracket semifinal Wednesday at 8 p.m.

Bryan Station and Warren Central will meet in the lower bracket semifinal at 6 p.m.
