Six different Royals scored touchdowns in Mason County's 39-8 rout of the Powell County Pirates tonight at Mason County.
The Royals clinched second place in the district and secured a home game in the first round of the playoffs.
Mason County continued to play stingy defense, not giving up a score until the fourth quarter when its starters were out of the game.
The Royals (6-3 overall and 3-1 in district play) have only allowed a total of 37 points in their last six games.
Mason County closes out the regular season next week at Greenup County
