The Lady Royals racked up 177 points for their second victory in as many meets. The Rowan County Lady Vikings finished second with 140 points and Lloyd Memorial was third with 107 points.
Lloyd Memorial won the boys' meet with 142 points, nine points ahead of Harrison County. Mason County took third place with 92 points.

- Girls 4x100 meter relay team of Tea King, Kendra Shoemaker, Rachel Payne and Iyanna Jones (53.21)
- Girls 4x800 meter relay team of Kylee Howe, Elizabeth Lavinder, Alyssa Bisotti and Hayden Faris
