Lady Royals lose to Simon Kenton 56-36 in Independence

The Mason County Lady Royals committed 25 turnovers and shot just 29.4 percent from the field in a 56-36 loss to the Simon Kenton Lady Pioneers in Independence tonight.

The Lady Royals only made 3-of-17 shots in the second half.

Sam Schumacher led Mason County in scoring with 14 points.

The Lady Royals host Bishop Brossart Saturday at 6 p.m. in the US Bank Mike Murphy Classic.
