Moran and Brooks combine for 43 points to lead the Lady Royals past West Carter 62-59

Kara Moran and Victoria Brooks combined for 43 points to lead the Mason County Lady Royals to a 62-59 victory over the West Carter Lady Comets tonight in Olive Hill. 

Moran shot 11 of 15 from the field and scored a career-high 23 points.

Brooks scored 20 points.

The Lady Royals shot 60.9 percent from the field in the second half. They did not attempt a three-pointer in the second half.

Mason County has won five of its last six games. The Lady Royals host Notre Dame Academy Friday night.
