Scott shot 51.3 percent from the field and scored 25 points off Mason County's 18 turnovers.
There were four ties and 14 lead chances in the first half, but the Lady Eagles outscored the Lady Royals 25-15 in the second half.
Mason County made just five field goals in the second half.
A.J. Reed led the Lady Royals in scoring with 16 points.
Kara Moran added 14 points.
Mason County plays the region's top team- Campbell County- Saturday afternoon in Claryville.
