Ohmer brothers lead Scott past Mason County 85-72

Jake Ohmer scored 41 points and his younger brother, Chad, tossed in 20 points to lead the Scott Eagles to an 85-72 victory over the Mason County Royals Friday night at Scott.

The Ohmer brothers combined for 41 of Scott's 50 first half points.

Mason County had 15 turnovers in the first half and trailed 50-28 at intermission.

Scott led by as many as 27 points in the third quarter.

Jake Ohmer was 6-of-6 on three-pointers. His first three-pointer was a three-quarters court shot at the buzzer at the end of the first quarter. 

Leevi Dunaway led Mason County in scoring with 21 points. Isaiah Garrison added 19 points.

Mason County plays Magoffin County today at 6 p.m. in the Robertson County Adidas Classic.
