St. Patrick senior Katie Crawford signed today to play softball at Union College. Crawford was named to the 39th District and 10th Region all-tournament teams and led the Lady Saints in on-base percentage last season.Crawford said she visited several colleges, but after working out during her visit to Union she knew that was where she was going to go. Union Coach Danny Fish says with hard work and dedication, Crawford can play second base for the Lady Bulldogs. Union College made its first appearance in the NAIA national tournament in 2009.
