Lofton 6th pick in NBA D-League draft

Chris Lofton was the sixth player selected in the first round of the NBA Development League draft tonight. Lofton was drafted by the Iowa Energy, an affiliate of the Phoenix Suns and the Chicago Bulls located in Des Moines. The Energy opens the season Nov. 19 at Dakota. This will be Lofton's third professional season. He played in Turkey his rookie season and in Spain last year.
