Katie Crawford threw a three-inning perfect game as St. Patrick beat Augusta 15-0 today in the semifnals of the 39th District fast pitch softball tournament. Crawford struck out five batters.
The Lady Saints scored 11 runs in the second inning. The Bracken County Lady Bears blanked the Mason County Lady Royals 19-0 in four innings in the other semifinal game. St. Patrick and Bracken County will meet in the championship game Wednesday at 6:30 p.m. at Bracken County. The game will be on WFTM-AM 1240 and online at www.wftm.net.
