Setty and Middleton combine for 37 points in Royals' win over Brossart

Treg Setty and Russ Middleton combined for 37 points to lead the Mason County Royals to a 61-49 road win over the Bishop Brossart Mustangs tonight. The Royals shot 80% in the first quarter and 66.7% in the first half. Mason County led by 10 after three quarters. Bishop Brossart got to within four, the last time at 45-41, before Mason County went on an 18-6 run. Setty was 9-of-15 from the field and scored 20 points. Setty had nine rebounds. Middleton was 8-of-11 from the field and scored 17 points. Middleton made a three-quarter court shot at the buzzer to end the first quarter. Mason County plays at Bryan Station Friday night.
