Pawsat's double-double leads Royals past Saints 86-44

Neal Pawsat scored a career-high 18 points and grabbed 10 rebounds to lead the Mason County Royals to an 86-44 win over the St. Patrick Saints tonight in the opening game of the Pepsi Mason County Invitational Tournament. Russ Middleton scored 14 points and Treg Setty added 11 points. Andy Clarke led St. Patrick with 15 points. Stephen Mason added 12 points. Mason County will play the Harrison County Thorobreds in the upper bracket semifinal game Saturday at 6:30 p.m. Harrison County beat Deming 74-61 in the second game tonight. St. Patrick plays Deming in Mt. Olivet Tuesday night.
