The Augusta Panthers got off to a quick start, leading 12-5 with 3:55 to play in the first quarter, but the Scott Eagles cranked up their defense and rolled to a 64-45 win today in the first round of the 10th Region Tournament. Scott outscored Augusta 22-6 in the second quarter and led by as many as 24 points in the second half. Nikola Gilgorevic had a double-double for Scott with 24 points and 11 rebounds. Nick Hiller added 20 points. Ryan Kelsch hit four three-pointers and scored 14 points for Augusta. Chris Mofford added 10 points for the Panthers.
