Brace and Cox to Play in East-West All-Star Football game

Mason County seniors Wylie Brace and Richie Cox have been selected to play in the East-West All-Star Football Game June 13th at Papa John's Cardinal Stadium in Louisville. Mason County Coach David Buchanan said Brace and Cox were alternates when the rosters were released earlier this year. They were selected to play for the East team when two other players dropped out. Buchanan says Brace will play on the defensive line and Cox will be a defensive back. Brace and Cox will report to practice on June 10th. Pulaski Southwestern Coach Dale Anderson will be head coach of the East team. The East-West All-Star Football Game was scheduled after the Kentucky-Tennessee All-Star Game was discontinued.
