Darius Miller hit a last second shot in the lane to give the Mason County Royals a 74-73 win over the Lexington Catholic Knights Friday night at Memorial Coliseum. Mason County trailed 64-53 with 6:20 to play, but went on a 19-5 run to lead 72-69. Trevor Setty hit back to back three-pointers during the comeback. Nathan Novesel hit one of two free throws to cut the Royals' lead to 72-70 with 29 seconds remaining. After a Mason County turnover, Taylor Stewart's three point play put the Knights up 73-72 with 8.6 seconds left. That set the stage for Miller's game winning basket. Miller scored 11 of his 18 points in the fourth quarter. There were 13 ties and 17 lead changes in the game. Setty had a team-high 25 points. Russ Middleton scored 14 and Ethan King added 11. Stewart led Lexington Catholic with 25 points.
