Mason County seniors Deshawn Overly and Ed Brannon finished one-two to lead the Royals to a victory at the Ripley Cross Country Invitational on Saturday.
Overly had a time of 16:50 edging Brannon by eight one-hundredths of a second.
The Mason County Lady Royals finished in seventh place and were led by sophomore Kolby Galloway who took 10th place with a time of 22:59.
