The Mason County Royals forced seven turnovers and routed the Pendleton County Wildcats 43-8 in the district opener for both teams Sunday night at Pendleton County.
Mason County had no turnovers and no penalties, and led 43-0 in the third quarter.
The Royals (3-2) play at Ludlow Friday night.
