The facility includes two baseball fields, a softball field, a soccer field and a press box.
A groundbreaking ceremony was held two years.
Saturday's program will include a ceremonial first pitch by the Wald Park Inc. Board of Directors and a Home Run Derby.
The fee to participate in the Home Run Derby is $5. All participants will be eligible for door prizes.
