A special event is scheduled for Mason County 8th graders interested in playing high school football. "Your First Friday Night of High School Football" will be held Friday, Jan. 22 from 5:30 to 7:15 p.m. at the Mason County football facility. The event will include a light meal. Youth will be introduced to the football program and coaches. Each student-athlete will receive three tickets to the Mason County vs. Henry Clay boys' basketball game that evening.
