Keller Menke has a double-double to lead Lady Royals past Bracken County

Keller Menke scored 24 points and grabbed 11 rebounds to lead the Mason County Lady Royals to a 63-55 season-opening win over the Bracken County Lady Bears tonight in Brooksville. Katelyn Smith added 16 points. The Lady Royals led most of the game and were up 57-46 early in the fourth quarter. Bracken County reeled off nine straight points to close to within two points, but the Lady Royals scored the last six points of the game. Mason County plays at Calvary Christian Thursday night.
