Mason County and East Carter split a girl-boy doubleheader Tuesday night at Mason County. The Lady Royals lost to the Lady Raiders 4-1. Jessica Shotwell scored Mason County's goal on an assist from Alyssa Price. The Lady Royals (3-4-2) play at Fleming County Thursday.
The Royals edged the Raiders 1-0. Jake Morgan scored the only goal with an assist by Dylan Whitehead. Goalkeeper Jesse Foister picked up his fourth shutout of the season. The Royals (6-3-2) host Owen County Thursday.
