The Mason County 8th grade girls' basketball team opened the season with a 39-17 win over Rowan County tonight at The Fieldhouse. McKenzie Butler lead the way with 19 points. Mason County will play Garrard County Friday at 6:30 p.m. in the Clark County Middle School Tournament.
