Defending champion Shawn Armstrong fired an 11-under-par 59 today in the first round of the Firecracker golf tournament at Kenton Station Golf Course. Armstrong had 10 birdies and an eagle. He has a two-shot lead over Logan McIntosh. Chris Brown and Izzy Grayson are tied for third at seven-under 63. Here is a list of the golfers who shot in the 60s:
