The St. Patrick Lady Saints lost to the Scott Lady Eagles 71-63 tonight in the first round of the 10th Region Tournament at Harrison County. After trailing 64-51 midway through the fourth quarter, the Lady Saints went on a 12-2 run to get to within three points. But Scott answered by scoring the final five points of the game. Scott senior guard Shelbi Benzinger scored a game-high 23 points. Lauren Tibbs added 20 points for the Lady Eagles. St. Patrick was led in scoring by Anne Klee with 19 points. Ciera Payne scored 13 points, Charisma Payne had 11 and Cora Chamberlain added 10.
