Five Royals scored in double figures and Mason County beat the Pendleton County Wildcats 95-63 tonight in Falmouth. Russ Middleton led the way with 20 points and moved past his dad, Kelly, into seventh place on the Royals' all-time scoring list. Keith Downing scored a career-high 14 points. Downing also had eight steals, five rebounds, five assists and three blocks. Treg Setty scored 14 points. Jordan Gilbert added 12 points. Justin Lang had a career-high 10 points. Bradley Lang tossed in a career-high seven points, and freshman Tyler Black added a career-high five points. Mason County scored 35 points off turnovers. Mason County hosts Lexington Catholic Friday night.
