Chris Owens scored two goals in a span of 25 seconds to lead the St. Patrick Saints to a 3-1 win over the Rowan County Vikings in Morehead tonight. John Stwarka scored the Saints' third goal.
All three St. Patrick goals were scored in the first half.
"We played one of our better games tonight," St. Patrick coach Philip Mauney said. "Really came out fired up, ready to play. I'm proud of the way the team played, a lot of good hustle."
The Saints are back in action Tuesday night at Bourbon County.
