Big Night for Lewis, But Horsemen Lose

Harry Lewis caught six passes for 73 yards and two touchdowns and threw a touchdown pass, but the Lexington Legends lost to Rock River 42-37 tonight in Rupp Arena. Lewis completed a 15 yard touchdown pass to Rayshawn Askew with 2:38 left in the game to cut Lexington's deficit to 10. Lewis had a 23 yard touchdown reception with 1:24 to cut it to 35-31. Rock River answered with a touchdown to make it 42-31. Lewis scored again with 56 seconds to play on a 20 yard reception, but the Horsemen come up five points short. Lexington (4-3) plays at Evansville Saturday night. The next home game is June 2.
