This was a major mismatch. Mason County scored the first nine points, shot 64.5% in the first half and 60% for the game. Bourbon County had 18 turnovers in the first half. Darius Miller had a reverse dunk on an alley oop in the third quarter.
Bourbon County coach Mike Flynn is one of my favorite coaches. He'll do fine when he gets better players. The program needs stability. Flynn is the Colonels' fourth coach in six years and the third in three years. Here's the scoring:
