The Mason County Royals put together a complete game for the first time this season, scoring 32 unanswered points for a 45-6 win over the Lawrence County Bulldogs on a muddy field tonight.
Cameron Pollitt returned the opening kickoff 83 yards for a touchdown and scored on a 47 yard run in the second half. Richie Cox completed 13 of 16 passes for 127 yards and two touchdowns. Cox also ran for a touchdown. Mason County is 7-2 overall and 3-1 in the district. The Royals close out the regular season Friday night at home against Johnson Central.
