Here are the pairings for Class 3A, Region 4 football playoffs:
District 8 No. 4 East Ridge at District 7 No. 1 Mason County
District 7 No. 3 Fleming County at District 8 No. 2 Pike County Central
The winners of those games meet in the second round.

The winners of those two games meet in the second round.
The winners of the second round games meet in the region championship game in the third round of the playoffs.
The Region 4 champion plays the Region 3 champion in the state semifinals. The higher seeded team is the home team each week. If two No. 1 seeds meet in rounds three and four, the team from the odd number district (District 7) will host the region championship game, and the team from the odd number region (Region 3) will host the state semifinal game because this is an odd number year. The winner of the state semifinal game advances to the state championship game in Bowling Green.
