Two more Mason Co. athletes qualify for state track and field meet

Mason County athletes Allen Powell and Sara Brewer qualified for the Class 2A state track and field meet based on the performance list released by the KHSAA. 

Powell and Brewer will compete in the high jump.

The performance list also adds the long jump to Marissa Scilley's events at state.

The Class 2A state track and field meet is Friday at the University of Kentucky. Gates open for spectators at 3 p.m. Events begin at 4 p.m. Admission is $10.
