Mason County's playoff foe will be determined Friday night

The Mason County Royals' first round opponent in the Class AAAA playoffs will be determined Friday night when Ashland Blazer and Johnson Central square off in Paintsville.

Mason County has clinched the No. 3 seed in District 7 and will play at the No. 2 seed in District 8.
The winner of the Ashland Blazer vs. Johnson Central game will be the No. 1 seed. The loser of that game will be the No. 2 seed.

The Royals still have two home games left in the regular season- Friday night against West Union and October 28 vs. Conner.
