The Colonels will have nine senior pitchers next season.
"Going into my sophomore year I feel like I can compete for a starting job in the rotation," Williams said.
Williams was a starter on Mason County's 10th Region champion basketball team. Now, he will be able to concentrate on baseball.
"I cannot wait to get 12 months, full-time, hundred percent at baseball," Williams said. "I just feel like I can grow so much and be so good."
He plans to major in Business and Economics.
