The Mason County Royals, coming off their bye week, snapped a two-game losing streak with a 34-0 victory over the Boyd County Lions tonight on Homecoming.
Mason County capitalized on two Boyd County turnovers to lead 15-0 in the first quarter, and were up 27-0 at the half.
Anthony Bozeman returned the second half kickoff 90 yards for a touchdown.
The Royals evened their record at 2-2. They begin district play next week at Pendleton County.
Boyd County, which had given up just 32 points in its first four games, fell to 3-2.
