The Mason County Lady Royals finished 10th in the Class AA Cross Country State Championship today at the Kentucky Horse Park. The Lady Royals were led by 7th grader Valerie Rice who finished 24th in a time of 21:04.36. Here are the places and times for the rest of the team:

Alexi Loving 110th (22:42.80)
Blaine Menke 148th (23:50.28)
Samantha Grayson 153rd (24:08.52)
Mason County senior Travis Scaggs was 38th (18:05.67) and Mason County freshman Jim Myers was 130th (19:40.38)running as individual qualifiers in the Boys Class AA meet. St. Patrick senior Stephen Cropper, an individual qualifier in the Boys Class A race, was 106th (19:36.05).
