Mason County's Nate Campbell and Evan Kalb won their first round match, but lost in the second round of the boys' doubles bracket at the KHSAA State Tennis Championships on Tuesday in Lexington.
Campbell and Kalb, the 10th Region champions, defeated Nathan Lawson and Max Newkirk of DeSales 6-1, 6-2, but lost to North Oldham's Luke Colson and Samuel Gurevich 6-4, 6-2.
