The Mason County Royals finished 21st in the KHSAA Boys' State Archery Championship. The Royals had a team score of 1859.
Jacob Brown led Mason County with a score of 283. He had 17 Tens. Colton Kinney had a score of 277 with 13 tens. Dalton Hargett followed with a score of 271 with 12 Tens.

Two Mason County archers competed in the KHSAA Girls' State Archery Championship as individuals. Deanna Roberts had a score of 278 with 12 Tens. Laney Gifford had a score of 251 with 8 Tens.
The state championships were held in four different locations due to COVID-19 restrictions on indoor events. The scores from the four sites were aggregated to determine the statewide standings. Mason County competed Friday night at Ryle High School.
