Mason Co. girls, Bracken Co. boys win Buffalo Trace Conference

The Mason County girls and the Bracken County boys won both the middle school and high school Buffalo Trace Conference track and field championships Thursday night at Mason County.

Mason County High School athletes with first place finishes include:
  • Iyanna Johns, girls' 100 meter dash.
  • Hayden Faris, girls' 1600 meter run and girls' 3200 meter run.
  • Rheagan Sizemore, girls' 400 meter dash and girls' pole vault
  • Sam Kumler. boys' 400 meter dash.
  • Abigail Dawson, girls' 300 meter hurdles and girls' 800 meter run.
  • Jordan Frodge, girls' 200 meter dash and girls' high jump.
  • Isaiah Chambers, boys' high jump.
  • Marissa Scilley, girls' long jump and girls' triple jump.
  • Dalton Kindt, boys' discus throw and boys' shot put.
  • The girls' 4x200 meter relay team of Abigail Dawson, Te'a King, Abbey Payne and Leeanna Holler.
