The Fillies hit two three-pointers and led 6-2, but the Lady Royals reeled off 11 straight points.
After Harrison County ended an almost five-minute scoring drought with a basket in the final minute of the first quarter, Mason County went on a 19-0 run to lead 32-8.
The Lady Royals only had two turnovers and shot 46 percent from the field.
Briana McNutt scored a game-high 14 points.
Whitney O'Mara added 12 points.
Mason County will play the Campbell County Lady Camels in the semifinals Friday at 7:30 p.m.
Campbell County edged upset-minded Bourbon County 48-46.
