Snedegar, a resident of Centerville, Ohio, drives Hall of Fame sportswriter Hal McCoy to and from Cincinnati Reds home games.
Snedegar served more than 31 years in the Air Force. He was the senior loadmaster on the first flight of Operation Babylift out of Saigon in 1975. The plane crashed shortly after takeoff.
