Sweeney Scores 32 Points, Royals Rally for a 68-62 over Clark County

Conner Sweeney scored a career-high 32 points and the Mason County Royals rallied from a nine-point second quarter deficit to beat the Clark County Cardinals 68-62 tonight in Winchester.

Sweeney scored 28 points in the second half including 16 in the third quarter. After Clark County hit a 3-pointer to cut Mason County's lead to two points with 42 seconds left, Sweeney sealed the win by making four-of-four free throws.

There were five lead changes and 10 ties in the game. Antwavon "Pig" Williams scored 15 points for the Royals who ran their winning streak to four games.
