Royals Pull Away in 3rd Quarter for a 61-48 Win over Harrison County

The Mason County Royals outscored the Harrison County Thorobreds 15-5 in the third quarter on their way to 61-48 victory tonight at the Fieldhouse to run their winning streak to six games.

Mason County led 18-10 in the first quarter and 21-13 early in the second quarter. Harrison County reeled off 11 straight points to lead 24-21. The Thorobreds led 24-23 at halftime and scored the first four points of the third quarter. The Royals answered with a 9-0 run,

Antwavon "Pig" Williams had a double-double with a game-high 25 points and 11 rebounds. Conner Sweeney followed with 11 points. Darren Williams also had a double-double with 10 points and 10 rebounds along with seven blocked shots.
