The Mason County Lady Royals outscored the Henry Clay Lady Blue Devils 37-23 in the second half for 56-35 victory in Lexington Tuesday night.
Mason County scored 27 points off Henry Clay's 24 turnovers. The Lady Royals shot 48.9 percent from the field compared to 25.5 percent for Henry Clay.
Briana McNutt scored a game-high 16 points on 7-of-10 from the field and 2-of-2 from the free-throw line. Kara Moran followed with 11 points on 3-of-4 from the field and 5-of-6 on free throws.
