Pairings set for the first round of the playoffs

The pairings are set for the first round of the football playoffs. Here are the match-ups in Class 3A Region 4:

East Ridge at Mason County
West Carter at Belfry
Fleming County at Sheldon Clark
Pike County Central at Russell
